Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, please let us know.

At least 48 hours before your cruise: You'll receive a 100% refund of your deposit or payment.

Within 24 hours of your tour: We can offer a 50% refund of your deposit or payment.

Less than 24 hours before the tour: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund. We appreciate your understanding!

What about the weather?

Your safety is our top priority. If we have to cancel the tour due to bad weather, we will first try our best to reschedule your cruise. If that's not possible, we will give you a full 100% refund.
